My Smoking Experience

In 2001 I was a serial smoker, I really enjoyed smoking. To become a non-smoker I learned how to shift my smoking mindset and quit comfortably, without weight gain and I haven't wanted to smoke for over 20 years!

And during those 20 years I became an addiction expert, as well as helping many clients I also gained the following relevant addiction therapy and coaching qualifications:
